The pool it self is small but fine. Not happy about the staff and communication. The staff on the pool side aren’t very nice. Went today at ~11:40am saw a sign that said rec swim Mon. & Wed. 1:00pm-3:30pm, and was told by a lifeguard to come back at 1:00pm for open swim. On one part of actual site it says M-F 8:00am-8:00pm. I come back at 12:55pm and am told by a lifeguard at the gate they’re closed. I tell him that there’s a sign that says 1-3:30 and that we came earlier and were told to come at 1pm. Him and another life guard say that it’s not open till 7pm. They’re weren’t exactly rude but wasn’t exactly friendly. A “hey I’ll communicate this with my boss sorry this happened” would’ve gone a long way. I’ve done customer service for years, I feel like that would have made the experience a little less frustrating. It also seems silly to be closed during some of the hottest hours of the day. After digging on the site more was able to find the correct hours. But you can’t have different times posted incorrectly on different things and the lifeguard didn’t even know their own schedule. Please update your signage and website to all match. Was a major waste of time.

The people working there were lazy when I arrived the girls didn't want to let me in even though I had already paid they were like will hardly no one's here and we're going to be closing then they gave me a week pass for the following which I didn't get to go so I lost my money and I only got to be in the pool with my grandson's for less than an hour I totally do not recommend it terrible service lazy and angry girls and they were angrily looking at me when I was in the water because they wanted to go home and close down 👎

My kids absolutely adore the pool area! It's so awesome that there are seating areas and benches where we can chill. We can even bring our favorite snacks and drinks, and the staff is incredibly friendly!
